Ultimate Textures v2.0 is a mod for GTA 4 created by Realizm IV Team. It includes very High-Quality roads & ground textures to replace in Liberty City.
Grand Theft Auto 4 is not a bad-looking game by any means, and it still has a substantial share almost 13 years after its release.
However, a game can always use a touch-up as technology advances in the past compared to when the game was released.
This mod has not added new textures to the Grand Theft Auto 4 assets but has also changed the lighting and color palette of the Grand Theft Auto 4.
The game comes with a de-saturated color palette similar to games of that era and this mod looks to fix it.
The more vivid color palette mixes with slightly more upbeat lighting, which makes the game a lot more digestible and not "serious" to be "gritty".
