Wrench is a mechanic simulation with a focus on motorsports.We are in a period of transition to new game systems and a new game loop.
In Wrench, players use a variety of tools to disassemble and repair a highly detailed car body. The game currently offers three bodies: a miniature car and two licensed vehicles. Our philosophy at Wrench is to allow players to fail, get lost, and make mistakes. We use a limited 2D user interface, prioritizing interaction with the world. There is no automated inventory system; players must keep track of all their parts, and we provide organizational tools to help them manage their space. The garage features customizable workbenches, floors, and storage areas. Wrench is a traditional desktop game, relying on a keyboard and mouse, with a virtual reality mode for Oculus, Index, WMR, Vive, and Vive Cosmos (experimental).
