A few notes:

Ive used the sound of the ZR380 which is relatively new and for those of you who have an older version of the game, the car may not have audio. to fix that, simply go to vehicles.meta, find a line called “audioNameHash” and replace ZR380 with any other car’s name.

The scale of the bumpers in the template is a bit smaller than the scale of the body. ive noticed it too late and it’s quite a chore to change that…
Also, ive made a livery for test purposes. im pretty sure youll make a better one 😛
