GTA Vice City Starman Mod is very inspired by the American culture of the 1980s. It is based in Miami and set in 1986, and the story revolves around a Mafia member named Tommy Vercetti, who just got out of prison.
After being sent in a failed drug deal, Tommy is dedicated to finding the culprits while building a criminal empire and seizing other criminal organizations in the city.
The game uses a modified version of the game engine used in Grand Theft Auto III and similarly presents a vast urban landscape, entirely populated with Buildings, Vehicles, and Citizens.
As in previous editions of the saga, GTA Vice City Starman Mod has elements of driving games, third-person shooter, and a characteristic game mode in which the GTA Vice City Starman “Open World” gives the total player control of their own gaming experience.
